About Constantine Isslamow

Constantine Isslamow is a Broker and Leadership Partner at RE/MAX HALLMARK® Eastern Realty, which has offices located in the city of Peterborough and Peterborough County. Constantine has been a full-time REALTOR® since 2005 and enjoys training and developing REALTORS® to help them achieve their financial goals. The brokerage understands that training and development are crucial for a REALTOR®'s success and offers various training and coaching programs throughout the year.

Over the years, Constantine has conducted several training programs as a Certified Mentor with Buffini & Company and with Richard Robbins International as a Certified Trainer.

Constantine has also been the go-to person for regulatory responsibilities as a previous Broker of Record, which involves ensuring compliance with the Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2002 (previously known as Real Estate in Business Brokers Act, REBBA 2002), and maintaining regulations and standards at the brokerage. He has also served as a Compliance Officer for the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC), the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the National Do Not Call List (DNCL), and Privacy. Additionally, he ensures compliance with Accessibility Standards for Customer Service, Ontario Regulations 429/07, Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA), and Preventing Workplace Violence and Workplace Harassment, Bill 168.

Besides his real estate experience, Constantine has over 20 years of solid experience in retail management as a Store Owner, Store Manager and Store Director. He has expertise in personnel recruiting, training and supervision, benefits coordination, policy development and enforcement, office administration, training curriculum development/facilitation, and financial management/budgeting. He has successfully negotiated several contracts with Unions without disruption of service. All of this contributed to bottom-line objectives through enhanced efficiency and labour resources.
