The way one finds their way to Real Estate as a career can be pretty drab and boring and possibly even a bit suspect. Prior to this last decade of award winning home sales and experience in the Real Estate industry, Peter spent more than a decade honing his craft and giving people his everything in what organically blossomed from adolescence into a legitimate career in the music industry as a young adult. A sharply focused and single minded pursuit helped give shape to reputation that shunned the stereotypical trappings of the music industry and championed community, peer support, inclusiveness, fairness and an unmatched DIY work ethic.
Now, living in the Hillcrest Village community of Toronto, happily married, and a father of three children, his sole focus is his Real Estate practice. “It’s still fun to make records and play a handful of shows every year. At this point in life though, it’s really my version of Sunday League Softball.”
While the music lives on in the periphery of a busy career in Real Estate, the ethics and principles that created the reputation of his early years live on in his Real Estate Practice. “The way I approach my clients, I would say, has a genuine and an earnest feel. These clients become my friends, actually, possibly better than friends because I’m advocating for them in such an active, significant role. I hesitate to call it a business because the implication to some is that it’s not personal. I believe that good business is indeed personal.
