  2. 1980
    • Hallmark Realty joins the REMAX® franchise and opens its first office at Woodbine and Danforth.
  3. 1985
    • REMAX Hallmark® opens the Beach office.
  4. 1986
    • REMAX Hallmark® opens the Riverdale office.
  5. 1998
    • Acquires REMAX® Elite.
    • Opens the Mt Pleasant office.
  6. 2001
    • Launches RMH.
  7. 2007
    • Acquires REMAX® Estates.
  8. 2009
    • Acquires REMAX® Executives.
    • Opens the College Street office.
  9. 2010
    • Acquires REMAX® Muskoka.
  10. 2012
    • Opens the Leslieville office.
  11. 2013
    • REMAX Hallmark® York Group is created and acquires an office in Aurora.
    • Capital Home Lending launches.

    • Acquires KW Ottawa and creates REMAX Hallmark® Realty Group.

    • Acquires REMAX® First Realty in Durham Region.

    • Acquires REMAX® Chay Realty in Simcoe County.
  15. 2021
    • Creates REMAX Hallmark® Alliance and opens an office in Oakville.
  16. 2022
    • REMAX Hallmark® becomes a trademarked name in real estate.
  17. 2023
    • Acquires REMAX® Eastern in Peterborough and the Kawarthas.
    • Expands into Southwest Florida, USA.
  18. 2026
    • Opens a new Downtown Oakville branch location.
