The REMAX®, RE/MAX-family, REALTOR®, and MLS® trademarks are owned by their respective holders and are used under licence. Nothing on this site creates a franchise, agency, employment, or partnership relationship.

Content on this site is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, mortgage, insurance, or real estate advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. No agency or client relationship is created with REMAX Hallmark® or any REMAX Hallmark® REALTOR® until a written representation or services agreement is signed, as required under Ontario’s Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2002.

Property listings shown on this site are drawn from third-party MLS® boards (the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, the Information Technology Systems Ontario platform, and the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®) through our data provider, and are provided on an “as is” basis. We take reasonable steps to keep the data current, but:

• Listing details may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors.
• A listing’s status may lag behind the market, so a property shown as available may already be sold, leased, conditional, or withdrawn.
• Prices, taxes, fees, room and lot measurements, year built, inclusions, and photographs are not warranted and must be verified independently.
• Not all listings shown are REMAX Hallmark® listings. Listings of other brokerages are displayed under applicable MLS®, IDX, and Virtual Office Website rules, with attribution to the listing brokerage.

If you find an error in a listing, or believe a property should no longer be advertised, please use our Data Protection page to report it.

Access to the client portal and to MLS® listing data through it is also governed by our VOW Terms of Service, which apply in addition to these Terms of Use.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, harvest, index, frame, mirror, or bulk-download any content, listing data, agent information, or images from this site, whether manually or by automated means, except for the ordinary search functions we provide.
• Resell, redistribute, or create a derivative database from any content on this site.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, bot protection, rate limits, or access controls.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.
• Use the site to send spam, harvest contact information, or contact our REALTORS® for solicitation.
• Misrepresent your identity, impersonate another person, or provide false information in a form or registration.
• Use the site in any way that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful to others.

The site and its content, including text, layout, graphics, photographs, video, and the REMAX Hallmark® and We Are Hallmark branding, are owned by REMAX Hallmark® or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view and use the site for your own personal, non-commercial real estate purposes. All other rights are reserved.

When you send us information through a form, inquiry, callback request, or review, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it, and you grant us a licence to use it to respond to you and to operate and improve our services. Do not send confidential or highly sensitive information (such as financial account numbers or government identifiers) through website forms.

Those providers are not owned or controlled by REMAX Hallmark®, we do not guarantee their services, and any agreement you enter is between you and them. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REMAX Hallmark® and its offices, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

We may change the site or these terms at any time. The current version is always posted here with its effective date, and your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

For Ontario, Canada properties and users: these terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario.

For Florida, USA properties and users: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Collier County, Florida.
