About this Property

3BR/3BA POOL HOME ON THE GOLF COURSE IN GATED QUAIL CREEK VILLAGE, EVERY BEDROOM WITH ITS OWN BATH, GOLF CART INCLUDED, TEN MINUTES TO MERCATO AND 20 TO VANDERBILT BEACH! This single-story Augusta floor plan backs onto the Quail Creek Village course in North Naples, with a screened, paver-deck pool and lounge chairs looking out to the fairway. Inside, volume ceilings and wood floors run through the living and dining rooms, which open through sliders to the lanai; the white kitchen has an island with seating, a skylight and plantation shutters. The layout works for three couples or a family: a king primary suite with carpet, a private walled courtyard off the bedroom, and a bath with soaking tub, double vanity and walk-in shower; a queen guest suite with its own bath; and a third bedroom with its own tub/shower bath. Separate laundry room with washer, dryer, sink and cabinets. Oversized attached garage with a second door for the golf cart, which comes with the house for getting around the community. Quail Creek Village is gated with 24-hour security, 265 homes on 130 acres around an 18-hole Gordon Lewis course, with a clubhouse, restaurant, pool and spa, fitness room, golf simulators, tennis and pickleball. Mercato, Waterside Shops and the Ritz-Carlton are about 10 to 15 minutes west, Vanderbilt Beach about 20, and I-75 is a half-mile away. No pets, no smoking. Professionally managed by Naples Vacation Properties.
