Drew has 10+ years of high-level real estate sales experience and team leadership prior to making the jump into management. When pairing his strong marketing and sales background with his love for problem solving and critical thinking, it made for a natural transition into his current role. While achieving Chairman and Hall of Fame Awards within the RE/MAX® Network, Drew fell in love with helping other agents grow and succeed, realizing his true passion was not in the sale, but in the process.
Drew is a father, husband, sports junkie and lover of all things Boston - but we still love him.
